Chris is based in Newbridge, South East Wales. He works with clients in the South Wales areas, although will travel further afield for special rates. Chris believes in an all-round approach to fitness and practices what he preaches by following a healthy diet and exercising 5-6 times per week whether it be running, cycling, rowing, cross-training, high intensity interval training and weight/resistance training.

He also believes in the significant role of positive psychology and ‘mind over matter’ in exercise and nutrition. He helps clients believe in themselves and develops a ‘can do’ attitude to help them reach their goals. He regularly competes in sporting events and has successfully completed the following :

  • Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest
  • Cardiff Blaenafon Triathlon (ranked one of the Top 10 toughest Triathlon’s in the UK by Triathlon 220 magazine)
  • Liverpool Triathlon
  • ASICS Wildman Off Road 15km
